Running Hi Sierra 10.13.6 ; Can I upgrade safely to Catalina (10.15) or newer.? It appears every day now Google Meet, Formstack Sign or som type of correspondence is not being supported by my OS . Any Suggestions? Other than empty the piggy and go buy new?

sorry, no. high Sierra is as far as that Mac can go. maybe try Firefox.
