Mobile network is showing searching only

network is not coming in my iPhone 11 , however it’s searching only . Even in mobile data page nothing is showing to enable/disable , it’s complete blank page . Tried network reset , complete reset , but still same . Checked sim in other phone , it’s working . Issue is coming post 16.5.1(c) upgrade
