Some magic Keyboard letters are not working

I’ve had this for several years and now my Magic Keyboard letters such as P, enter key ,? etc no longer respond. I’ve rebooted, hard shut down, checked for update, removed iPad from keyboard, turned Bluetooth off then on. Any ideas? I am only able to submit this question by removing from keyboard doc. Any help would be appreciated!

As described, your Magic Keyboard may itself have developed a fault. Have you tried using the keyboard with another device?


You might be well advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad and Magic Keyboard:
