I plug in my 6s iphone, and turn to recovery mode. When I tried to update from my MAC I got error "The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (9). 0693.0000".
Then when I tried to Restore and Update I also get another error "The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9). 0665.0000"
Help to recover my iphone.
