Instantly getting signed out of iCloud in web browser when viewing the Notes app, both Firefox and Chrome

Sometimes it takes a couple seconds but it's only the Notes app. I don't even have to edit any notes or type anything and it'll logged me out right away. When I view other apps like Reminders, Calendar, Mail, etc., it doesn't log me out. I'm currently on the latest version of both web browsers as of 7/26/23. I've tested and it happens in the web browsers both on my pc Windows 10 and macbook MacOS Big Sur. I've tried clearing cookies and restarting browsers and computer. I've tried downloading the iCloud app on Windows. I can't find a working solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
