My FaceTime wouldn’t work most of the time. When I reset it, it would rarely do even that.
I did everything Apple Support website suggests without success. I took my phone to the Genius Bar and diagnostics showed the Face Time sensor is no good.
The battery needs to be replaced with it. Cost is $249 if your phone is out of warranty.
