Wrong Apple ID in App Store

On my wife's iPhone 14 (ios 16.5.1), when she tries to download a new app it defaults to MY Apple ID instead of hers. She is asked for my login info (Apple ID & password). I'm sure that in the past we downloaded an app and I somehow signed in on her behalf or something (this would have been several iPhones ago), but how do we make that stop? We would like for her Apple ID to be the default on her iPhone for everything, and certainly when she wants to download an app. Thanks!

In the support article: If you subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID for iCloud - Apple Support Apple alludes to using a different Apple ID for media subscriptions and purchases but doesn't describe how to do this.

In iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign out of your current ID and sign in with a different one.

In Ventura: First, quit Settings. Then, in App Store, choose “Sign Out” in the Store menu, then click on the “sign in” button that appears in the main window. You can then sign into the other account. (from: Using different Apple ID for media & … - Apple Community )
