Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My phone is frozen I tried the quick up volume and down volume and the slide to turn off appeared. But the slide doesn’t function

It is a new phone and after setting with new carrier and also setting up e-mail, the phone is now not functioning at all.

You are not following the instructions correctly.


Quick volume up

Quick volume down

Hold the side button down until the Apple logo appears. The "slider" is not the Apple logo.


(You are not holding down the side button long enough. Ignore the slider and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears. This might take another 10-15 seconds or more)
