If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

B T W:

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?

Ahhh, OK.

If you have bought 2nd hand iPhone, you must contact the seller (hopefully it is the previous owner), otherwise you have been scammed.

Each Apple device is linked/associated with an Apple ID of the person who did the setup.

Activation Lock prevents anyone who is not the owner from using this iPhone.

To unlock the Phone, you need the Apple ID and password of the previous owner, that were used during set up.

So you have to contact the previous owner.

The previous owner has to read -> this Apple article: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then the previous owner has to remove the iPhone from his account, see this Apple article:

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support

Then you can sign in with your own Apple ID.

See the following Apple articles:

Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

How to remove Activation Lock -> How to remove Activation Lock – Apple Support (UK)

Read this before you buy a 2nd hand iPhone.

You can also contact Apple support for help, -> Get Support (apple.com)

You have to show proof of ownership of your product, provide all documentation showing your purchase of the device.

If you do not have additional proof of ownership, contact the reseller. They may be able to provide the original purchase document.

Once Apple receive your proof of ownership, Apple will further review your request and provide an update.

-----

Ask your money back if possible, perhaps you have bought a stolen iPhone.

If you can't get in touch with the previous owner / seller, you can't use the iPhone.

If you know who you purchased from, report to the police.

The thing is I’m a minor and I don’t even want to tell my parents about it because I told them to give me the money to buy it and I don’t remember nothing from the person because it wah last 6 months I bought it but I was in a rush and did not check it and when I did I held it that long because I tough YouTube could unlock it🙁

You got scammed and the only thing you can do is to try to get a refund as this device is most likely a stolen phone. In those cases, getting a refund is nearly impossible. When buying a used phone from a third party, you always want to be sure it is not a stolen phone. You need to physically startup the phone which should be at the "Hello" screen and continue to the next screen to verify that the Activation Lock Screen does not come up. Youtube cannot unlock it. You will find sites that claim they can unlock it, but those are scams as well and will only take your money.

There are other issues with third party phones as well, it could be blacklisted if reported to their cell provider.
