Using iMac to display another Mac Device

I currently have a late 2015 I Mac running High Sierra 10.13.6. Could I use it as a display for a Mac Mini M2?

No new Mac’s including the M2 Mac mini support using an iMac as a display.

carefully read > Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support


The M2 Mac mini will need to have an external display.
