Every time I try to download anything on Apple TV+ it just fails, and gives me an error code of -12167. I can stream everything, with no problems, but just can't download anything. I'm on Ventura 13.5, if that helps.
This is happening to me as well.
It only started after an upgrade to MacOS Ventura (I'm on 13.5 as well).
