I Can't get my beats studio buds to reset or enter pairing mode.

Am having difficulty connecting my iPhone14 pro to Beats Studio buds.

No pop up connection when the buds is opened and pairing is not activating after pressing in button on the case for 5 seconds

See if the following steps can help:

• First, verify that your Beats Studio Buds are fully charged.
• Then, press and hold the button on the back of each earbud for 7-10 seconds to ensure pairing mode activates.
• Verify that the LED flashes white when the button is pressed.
• If none of above works, try resetting the buds again.
