My iTunes charges are being charged on the wrong credit card number but when I go to my Account and Edit Payment, the credit card used is grayed out and I'm not allowed to change it. Help?

If you only have one credit cafd on file, then you will need add a second one before you can remove the existing one.
If the card comes from one added to the Wallet App, you would need to remove it from there.
