I have taken off all parental controls and restrictions and restarted the phone but am unable to delete the Zepeto app. It will allow to remove it from the library but it stays on the phone. This has become a dangerous app on her phone and I want it gone immediately. How do I make this happen?

If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.
Then try deleting the app again.

Deleting app on child’s phone due to online bullying and abuse and it won’t let me. Please advise
