Hi I've lost my iphone and i haven't switched find my on it means that I won't find my device anymore or is there any means I can be assisted by support dept to switch it on in order to recover my device

Unfortunately, it's too late....you must have the iPhone in your hands and use your fingers to enable the option.
No way to enable Find My remotely.
If my find my is off I can't get my device 🤦?
