Airpod Pro case won't turn on even though it is fully charged

My airpod pro case won't turn on or display the light until it is plugged in. When it is plugged in the light turns green for a bit and disappears like usual and is able to connect to my device but when i unplug it and try to use it again it won't turn on or connect. Is there a fix to this?

Troubleshooting AirPods Charging Case:

A. A Few Links to Visit:

B. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.

It seems like there might be an issue with your AirPods Pro case's battery or internal circuitry. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Reset Your AirPods Pro: Sometimes, a simple reset can help resolve connectivity and power issues. To reset your AirPods Pro, follow these steps:

- Place the AirPods Pro in the case.

- Open the lid.

- Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light starts flashing amber. After a few seconds, the status light should flash white, indicating that the AirPods have been reset.

2. Charge the Case: Ensure that the case is fully charged by leaving it connected to a power source for a while. If the case is not charging properly, you might need to inspect the charging port for any debris or damage.

3. Update Firmware: If possible, make sure that your AirPods Pro and the case are running the latest firmware. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve issues.

4.Inspect for Physical Damage: Check the case and the charging port for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any damage, it might be affecting the case's ability to hold a charge.

5. Contact Apple Support: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, it's recommended to reach out to Apple Support. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps and determine if your AirPods Pro case needs repair or replacement. If your AirPods Pro are still under warranty, Apple might cover the repair.

6. Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: If your AirPods Pro case needs repair or replacement, Apple Stores and authorized service providers can provide professional assistance. They can diagnose the problem and offer appropriate solutions.

Keep in mind that attempting any complex repairs yourself might void the warranty or further damage the device. If you're not comfortable troubleshooting or repairing electronics, it's best to seek help from professionals who are experienced with Apple products.
