I have paid a ringtone in iTunes. Can be downloaded but didnt appear in my purchase and download menu. How can it happen? The content hasnt been deleted.
I have bought and paid a ringtone in my iTunes, the price is 7k rupiah or $0.5.
The transaction is done and recorded in the 3rd party payment app. Have downloaded the music content, but somehow it doesnt appear in my download and purchase menu.
Anyone knows the solution? Do I have to contact apple about this?
