My car play will not work because it say siri is not enabled. I have tried everything I can find on the internet including a soft reset, but nothing brings siri back. I have had siri work before, but I am not sure if it was ever working on my iPhone 13.

Troubleshooting SIRI Issues:
A. Start here: If "Hey Siri" isn't Working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
B. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:
Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this occurrence? If so, restore your iPhone from one that has these photos (the most recent backup, ideally). If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back up your device for recovery purposes. Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out.
C. Report this to Apple:
Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.
