If you iPad is accessed using your Passcode, absolutely everything that is stored locally on your iPad (including your account credentials/Passwords thar are saved in your saved Passwords/Keychain) are accessible - as is all of your iCloud data and associated account security settings.

The only data that cannot be accessed are any files or Apps that are protected with a Password or other account credentials that are not stored within your saved Passwords.

If someone can access your iPad using your AppleID

and password, they have access to everything on the

iPad just like you would.
