Talk with local agencies that help people in need.
Talk with your school's financial aid office for possible assistance.
Borrow from a friend or family member.
If worst comes to worst, but a cheap Windows laptop to get you through this. Cheap is better than nothing. I've seen used Windows laptops for less than $300US.
