My face id is not working please solve my problem

If you still need help, reset your Face ID, then set it up again. Go to Settings, tap Face ID & Passcode, then tap Reset Face ID. Next, tap Set up Face ID to set it up again.

My Son's phone started having Problems yesterday, His would not work at all went and reset all face IDs started over. Still not work it would not even Recognize anything.
We did that last night and his still not working it would not recognize him or I, Kinda like nothing was there for the phone to recognize.
