The iPhone 6 cannot update beyond iOS 12.5.7. That is the most current version it supports. It lacks the hardware, RAM and CPU for anything newer.

If the apps you want require a newer iOS version, then thr only option is to get a newer iPhone model, that can run that iOS version at least. The iPhone 6 is 9 years old at this point.

There may be some apps that your iPhone 6 cannot run, because they require a later version of IOS than what your iPhone 6 can run.

In that case, you will have to make do without those apps, or get a newer phone.
