Did resetting fail?

Did you get a "not sufficient information" message?

Did you try account recovery?

Did you try a rescue email address?

Could you not set up 2 factor authentication instead?

What did Apple say when you called them?

If all the above have negative results then have you reconciled yourself that the account cannot be used any more and you need to create a new account?

In any case, you might be able to request access to your account by tapping Request Access right from the alert. My mums iPad is unusable, she can’t logout her Apple ID at all, it just says Apple ID locked and because she doesn’t remember the password it’s unususable unless she logs out at the Apple ID how does she do this when it doesn’t let her!!?
