I have a 4s and want to give to my nephew. The data has been erased. Is there anything else I need to do before I give it away?

It’s an old phone. When I turn it on, it’s like it’s never been used. I want to give it away but worried my data would still be accessible when my nephew activates it.

Deleting data old iphone I want to donate an old iphone to a charity. I have followed instructions and have erased all contents and settings and removed from the list of trusted devices. My question is do I need to do anything to the SIM card? Do I just leave it in the old phone?? Thanks in advance for all replies.

giving away iPad iPad ML0Q2LL/A I will be giving away this iPad. I've found how to do a factory reset. Does that wipe all data so it can not be retrieved? I want NO chance someone can recover personal data.

I am afraid if I delete the data from my old iPhone , then it will

delete the data from my new iPhone.
