Well i tried everything i could think of, i even tried what was suggested here, i looked for youtube on my app library and its not there, its not even on my iphone storage, its only visible with apps on settings, i dont know what to do please help me.

The fact it says Open, means its installed already on your iPhone.
It must exist at the very least in App Library. You can use the search at the top of of the App Library screen to find and then drag it onto a Home Screen.
