iCloud whatsapp problem

I have bought a new iPhone and I have lost all my whatsapp chat while trying to transfer them across. I accidentally did a new whatsapp backup and the backup is now only of the past 2 days.

I would like to recover my previous whatsapp backup from iCloud.

is there a way to do that?
