Truist App freezes
The Truist Mobile banking app is freezing a few screens in. Locks up the app and minimizes it. When I reopen it, it is still frozen on the last screen it made it to.
IPhone 11 Pro
iOS 16.6
Truist 2.6.0
iPhone 11 Pro Max
restarting doesn't help
deleting and restoring app doesn't help
clearing safari cache doesn't help
Apple says contact Truist
Truist says contact apple
no one has any reports of this problem, which started after the app update i week ago.
i suspect i have a corrupt updat, but cannot figure out how to fix it
