I can not remove my child's iPad from Family Sharing and I'm the organizer

I have a child's ipad that is in family sharing and I can not remove the device from the list as I need to send in for some repairs per https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201557. Help!

I need to remove it per this link.

Anyone have any idea on how to do this?
