I don't see my contact names on my ipad, just their phone numbers

just got a new ipad. I have the correct apple ID in all devices (iPad, MacBook, iPhone). My apps and my contacts don't seem to sync to my new iPad.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16

In my text messages, it shows up as just a phone number without a name.

The names of my iPhone contacts are missing I got a new phone about a month ago. Everything transferred just fine from my old phone. I often received a prompt telling me to REENTER my gmail password. I ignored it for a few weeks but decided to finally do it, and now the names associated with my contact #’s are missing. The phone numbers are still there, but not the names [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Why 2 different apple id on 2 iphones syncing contact Recently i changed my iphone from 6s to 11. I put a new sim card and new apple id on the previous iphone 6s. Unfortunately, when i edit my contacts in my iphone 6s, it will automatically edited my contacts in iphone11 also. And vice versa. Be it delete or changing the names. Why is this happening? It is making these two iphones to have the same contacts. This is really annoying. Im not happy with this. Please help me
