How do I update

If you have an outdated iPhone that cannot be updated to iOS 13 or later, many apps will not be able to download.

Outdated iPhone no longer meets the requirements for many apps.

Most apps require iOS 13.4 or later.                                

Considering a newer type of iPhone?

Read this before you buy a newer type iPhone.

Update it from a computer or through the Software Update function in Settings. If your unit is currently on 9.3.6, 10.3.4, or 12.5.7, or shows one of those as available, it's not capable of 13 or above; most ones running 9.3.5 or 10.3.3 will also fall into this category.
