hello , i lost my number on my id apple , no message and no call , and i no have acces to accout for message or call number pone

See -> If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud
If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support
Then -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
(Sidebar) Click Personal Information -> Reachable at -> then edit / update your trusted phone number.
