Where can I find the Turn on vertical text command in Numbers?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.6

There is no vertical text in a Numbers table.


You can make a text box, rotate it 90 degrees and place it over the cell. Or, starting with the same rotated text box, take a screenshot of it (command Shift 4) and use that screenshot as the background image for the cell. Neither are great solutions.
