A phone is currently linked to me (organizer) but I want it linked to my child who actually has it. I have already set up an ID for her but I can’t find a way to move the device to her ID.
I don’t want to set it up from the beginning and lose her apps, just transfer the phone from my ID to hers.

You will need to sign out of your Apple ID on the device directly and sign in with the child's Apple ID.
Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ (scroll to the bottom) ➜ Sign out,
Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ Sign Out
Settings ➜ Messages ➜ Send & Receive ➜ Apple ID ➜ Sign Out
Settings ➜ Facetime ➜ Caller ID ➜ Apple ID ➜ Sign Out
Then sign in with the child's Apple ID in the same 4 places.
Do note, that all downloaded Apps and media content such as Movies and TVs will remain tied to the Apple ID that downloaded them, and in the case of Apps, they will forever require your Apple ID to update.
