After upgrading to Ventura. 13.5.2 can't play MKV, Apple TV shows won't play. Netflix, Paramount, Prime video streaming service not working

Laughing Apple TV and try to play a show episode is loading but won't start.

Using VLC to play known good MKV files will not work, apps freeze after a while.

Netflix, Paramount, Prime Video shows will not play.

Strange behavior in Safari, pages won't load completely, streaming services will not play shows or films. Samething in Google Chrome. But I never had any issues prior to update.
