Bought an Apple IPad got 3 months free of tv, can I use it on my non Apple television?

Apple does not make TVs. You can access Apple TV using a Apple TV box, at tv.apple.com, or using a smart TV provided the Apple TV app is installed or available to install through the manufacturer.
