I just upgraded to Iphone 12 and after signing with my iCloud Account I still don't have my pictures in my photos gallery. They are still in iCloud photos if I look on Safari. What should I do to get them all back in my photos gallery so I can have them on my phone?

Make sure iCloud Photos is enabled in your device settings, to make sure it is go to:
Settings > Tap your name > iCloud > Photos > Toggle On Sync this iPhone
It may take some time to sync all your photos.
