When I call a person for the first time from my cell phone a different name shows up on that persons cell phone.
So, I google my cell phone number and a different persons name and address shows up in the search??
I am a Consumer Cellular customer. Thoughts anyone? Regards

I don't know if it's true of budget carriers like Consumer Cellular, but bigger carriers allow you to select the name you want to appear on caller ID. You generally need to log into your account through a browswer.

Contact your carrier and ask which telephone number your subscription is.
