Shortcut automation on Mac

I want to set up a shortcut on Mac that sends me a notification when my battery is at 20% and when my battery is 80%. I have this set up for my other devices but the Mac shortcuts app doesn't have automation. Is there a way to do this with or without the shortcuts app?

Ok thanks, I found that Battery Monitor on the App Store achieves this purpose for free if anyone was wondering.

Neither Apple's Shortcuts nor Automator provide a Launch Agent approach that runs at predetermined time intervals and passes your 20 and 80 percent arguments to the script that it launches. That script then checks the charge percentage and if within your range, does nothing, or notifies you otherwise.

I simply configure the percent charge to be shown on the menu extras menu bar and forgo the first paragraph.
