Do you have the Apple TV box? If so, which model?

There have been a few changes to iCloud that may affect access on Apple TV box (2nd or 3rd generation).

My Photo Stream has been discontinued for all users.
Advanced Data Protection for iCloud as an account property may invalidate some iCloud services on devices with older software. This may have been activated by updating a different device (e.g. iPhone) with current software (iOS 16.2 or later).
