I can’t open my Apple ID on my iPhone

I can access my ID online, but my iPhone Apple ID is locked and I can’t tap to open it

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Passcode Changes & Account Changes under Allow Changes: Set those settings to ALLOW
