My phone (SE 3) doesn’t show ‘Siri’ in stead of ‘Hey Siri’ option even after the ios17 update. Any clue to this?

When you go to Settings > Siri & Search > Listen for - Your options are "Siri or Hey Siri" and Siri will respond to either. There is no option for just Siri. Or you can set it to "Hey Siri," which means it won't respond to Siri alone.

Im in Ireland and it’s the same for me but if i change my country language to usa or uk the siri option appears
Open the link and embedded in the link is a link to the iPhone models which are compatible with Siri only --> Use Siri on iPhone - Apple Support
It most certainly could be a regional thing. You have a phone which can use either option. You have iOS 17. But you are limited to Hey Siri, so it's likely your region.
Thanks again. SE (3) is in the list. Might it be an issue of region? It’s there that some regions may not receive this change.

Thanks but oddly enough, my settings does not show ‘SIRI OR HEY SIRI’ option. It’s only ‘Hey Siri’ as it’s before the update.
