I can't get rid of this ANNOYING fake virus notification appearing in upper right corner of Mac Studio with the latest Ventura. I would be very grateful and relieved to receive your help.

I was lost and anguished facing the possibility of HUGE messy destructive malware over the past few days. Thank you very much Stedman1! I followed instructions on "Stop Unwanted Notifications" and trust that's the end of this annoying _and_ frightening quandary. BTW, I DO know to be VERY CAREFUL and go only to reputable websites! I don't know what happened this time. You guys are great! THANKS AGAIN. :-)

This does seem to be a relatively new scamming method. While the fake notifications themselves are harmless, they are indeed a nuisance.
