I can't log into my apple id

Hello, in the settings I can’t log into my apple id account, where icloud, content and purchases are located, I’m in the account, but I can’t log into it, it’s gray, help me solve this problem

If you can't click your Apple ID

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. 
  3. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down to the Allow Changes section.
  4. Tap Account Changes, and set it to Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode. 


If you can't click other options in Settings 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  3. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on, scroll down and check if any settings are set to Don't Allow. 
  4. If so, tap the setting, then choose Allow. If asked, enter your Screen Time passcode.

  • 👉 Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.

I tried every step you mentioned and I can type in my apple ID and password however, it has been "signing in" for about 20 minutes now. At first, it shows the graphics where the apps pop in and out and then when the screen locks and I unlock it, it just shows my name and "signing in" under it. anybody have this happen to them and what did you do to resolve? Thank you in advance for sharing.
