Delete removed application icon

After uninstalling applications from finder Applications tab the icon of the app won't disappear

How can I remove the icon of an uninstalled app ?

Mac mini, macOS 13.3

Worst case - Reinstall the Application and then Remove the Application as per Developers Instruction

Sometime the above is required when the Developer Fails to offer an Uninstaller application.

Hold down the OPTION key and enter Launchpad

Does the problematic icon appear shacking with an X in upper left of the icon ?

If still not success - Re-Enable SIP and try again
