Live voice mail option is not visible in my phone settings and voice mail is not active, what should I do???

In this support article:--> Use Live Voicemail on your iPhone , Apple says: Live Voicemail is available only in English in the United States and Canada, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
(at least for the moment)

If you're talking about LIVE Voicemail, if your iPhone is running iOS 17 or later, and you live in the USA or Canada, please contact Apple support directly and ask them:--> Contact Apple for support and service
If you're talking about Voicemail (not Live), please contact your cellular carrier and check your traffic plan.
