Order not placed but money deducted

I was trying to order Ipad Air but the order wasn't placed and money got deducted from the bank account and i didn't receive any emails from apple for the order.

Ordered iPad pro money has been debited but didn’t get any confirmation mail or anything I ordered an ipad pro from apple (in)and money has been deducted from my account but I didn’t get any order id aor any confirmation email and it’s showing that money has already received by merchant. Is there a way to track my Apple Store online order if it doesn't appear in the order history? I ordered a charger from apple store online and my money got deducted but the order doesn’t show in the order History or I didn’t receive any mail regarding the order and I didn’t receive any order id .
