poor sound output from the new mac mini

recently our office acquired new Mac Minis. we notice that the minis produce poor sound and the direction is towards the back which makes listening difficulty with other background noises. We are looking for solutions to address this. I brought my gaming headphones (Soundstage SSANC- noice cancelling bluetooth over the ears set) and tried connecting but the mini does not recognize these to pair.

with their size they could never have speakers large enough for propper sound, if it was me then connect external speakers to the headphone connector or use an external usb DAC or a headset bluetooth or wired.

you can complain to them about adding speaker at all using their feedback channel
