Unable to stream on Apple TV
We can see the shows but when we try to play one, it shows a gray screen with "this video is not available".

I tried that and it didn't help. While the TV wouldn't show AppleTV+ videos, I found I could watch them on my computer, so no problem with the subscription. However, we changed remotes from the Xfinity one to the Sony one, and managed to get to a page where a QR code was displayed on the screen. I went to the website from the QR code and entered my password and then we were able to watch the videos. I hope it keeps working. Why it would make a difference what remote we used or why the TV lost my password, I don't know.
