Hello! The first thing you should try is to unpair the device, then pair it again.

I've ran into the same problem before and I was able to solve it in this way in almost all cases.

Also, try to delete your iPhone (if showed) in your car's bluetooth devices to ensure a proper re-pairing procedure.

Ongoing issue. Was multiple posts today but apple closed the post. Brought my month old phone into the genius bar and absolutely no fix. This is the second phone. Ruled out firmware and hardware issue which leads me to believe is a software issue 😢 multiple Bluetooth device issues here
