Updating a replacement phone

My phone was stolen and I received the replacement. I forgot my Apple id and used my work phone to restore the personal phone and now I have 2 identical phones. My personal information is unavailable to me

You will have to regain access to your personal Apple ID, then erase the phone and restore it using the correct account.
